1. The monthly service charge for the North American 400 Plan is $5.95 per month. Under this calling plan, users can make 400 minutes of PC-to-Phone or Broadband Phone calls to the U.S. and Canada; all additional minutes to the U.S. will be charged at a rate of 3.9 cents per minute.
2. Remaining minutes will not be carried over to the next month.
3. PC-to-Phone and Broadband Phone calls made to destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada will be charged according to Per Minute-Savings rates.
4. Virtual Calling card calls will be charged at Calling Card prices for the Per Minute-Savings plan.
5. This plan includes calls to mobile phones.
6. Calls to US Toll-Free numbers with area codes 800, 866, 877, and 888 can be made free of charge using the North America 400 Plan.
7. Upon sign up a bonus of $2 is added to the account for out of plan calls. In order to continue and allow out of plan calls after the bonus is used, the account is automatically recharged with $15 whenever its balance falls below $1.50.
